New TV season

All of a sudden it's the start of another TV season. I missed the season opener of Bones (mind you, I missed the last half of the last season), haven't seen Sleepy Hollow, caught up with the final episode of Amazing Race Canada and Masterchef online, and also watched the first Dancing With the Stars episode online. I was able to do that because I was working nights this week in CCU, and once I got my patients tucked in for the night there wasn't a lot to do. One thing I like about working in the CCU is that the patients are so much more independent and mobile for the most part, so it's physically easier on me. They also tend to sleep through the night, and all I have to do is monitor them. Hence, time to watch some shows online. We have computers outside the rooms, and I have earphones I saved from my last airplane flight. It passed the time quite nicely. I loved the Amazing Race Canada; it made me want to do more travelling around this country to some of the places I haven't been to yet, like the Maritimes. I'm excited that there will be a second season. Dancing With the Stars was pretty phenomenal for a first show. I was really impressed with Amber Riley (Glee)- that girl can move! Also, Valerie Harper was amazing and inspiring; she was just so filled with joy to be alive and dancing.

I am eager for the start of Shield, and for the next season of Castle. I wish Orphan Black's second season was starting, but I think it's not til next spring; also the next season of Continuum, also next spring. Then there's the next season of Doctor Who, and the new Doctor...

I just don't know if I'm going to have time for it all!
