Can't think of a subject.

So I'll just adlib. I'm home again; spent last night out at the farm so we could get an early start to our day. Friday is Kelly's day off, so I've been staying over on Thursday to avoid the drive out early on Friday morning. It's fun, too..Sue and I have a nice evening watching TV and hanging out. Sometimes I make something for dinner, like my famous leek and potato pie, or we go out for a bite at WhiteSpot. That's what we did last night, and it was a great dinner. I had a huge BBQ beef burger, and Sue had a provolone veggie burger, her favourite. We've discovered that they make the most amazing old fashioned milkshakes too! Strawberry is yummy, but last night I went for the old classic, vanilla. They come in those glass soda fountain glasses, with the rest of the shake in the metal shake containers. MmmmMmmmgood. I was sooo full after.
We watched Wipeout, then Impossible Expedition, which we think is a great show, very inspirational as well as showing us some fascinating bits of Morocco. I quite look forward to Thursday evenings.
Up early, after a somewhat less than restful night; my neck was bugging me a lot, grr. We had all the horses out by 9, and I tackled the stalls in the big barn. Whipped right through them, and was all done by lunchtime. It was getting really warm by then, so it was nice to get finished early.
I had to stop by the Vet Clinic to pick up more formula for Buddy, so I left the farm around 3 p.m. to avoid (I hoped)most of the traffic. It meant I had to do a big loop to get back to the freeway, but luckily traffic was not too bad, until I got back to the freeway. Then it kind of sucked. I then had to go over to West Vancouver which meant crossing over more bridges; I got my errand done, and then hit the slowest traffic light in the country I think: it took me almost 20 minutes to go 1/4 of a Km. I was cursing a bit by the time I got over Lion's Gate bridge. All in all it took me 3 hours on the road to get back home. Greatly relieved to get here in one piece, because there were some real idiots on the road.
My car is doing some weird things which make me nervous: I think she's trying to turn into a race car, because when I put it in park or neutral the engine revs and revs all by itself. I'm not sure what the heck is going on; it runs fine otherwise. Someone said it might be the fuel pump, which doesn't sound like a good thing. Meep. The car is 16 years old, has 366,000Km. on it, so I am probably rightly paranoid about stuff. I've always kept it in good shape, with regular visits to the mechanic, but still. Just keep on going for awhile more, please! I can't afford a big repair bill right now. Fingers crossed.
Heeee. I've been watching Buffy, and tonight was the Beer Bad episode. I lol everytime when Buffy whacks Parker with that big stick. Go, Buffy.
That's it for me. I'm done for the day.
