Hey, I clean up good.

midnightsjaneToday was my day for getting myself spiffed up: went to the dentist this morning to get my teeth cleaned (he all but shook his finger in my face because it's been way too long since my last visit, LOL). I had X-Rays done, and the hygenist worked on my teeth. Sadly, because I've been tardy, there was a lot of plaque for her to work on, and the time ran out..so I have to go back in a week to finish up. Lucky for me I have a dental plan that covers most of the cost, otherwise I'd be a lot poorer. My teeth do feel so much cleaner..thinner, too.
This afternoon I got my hair cut. I feel like my head is lighter! As always, Sandy did a superb job, and I am very pleased. Nothing like a good haircut to raise my spirits.
I was going to go out to the farm, but it was way late, so I decided to wait until tomorrow. Came home, watered the plants on the patio, put the frozen chicken bones in the crockpot to make chicken stock for soup, and have been taking it a bit easy tonight. Think I'll finally have time to watch last Saturday's Doctor Who episode.
And there's my day.
